If you are looking to enroll your child in to wrestling, I have a created a list of steps for you to follow below....
     1.  Print the Youth Enrollment Form and fill it out.
     2.  Get a USA card online by following the instructions below in the link
              - be sure to print out enough copies for both parents to carry
                   -the USA card is an insurance card that all members are required to have
     3.  Get the Youth Enrollment Form, the USA card number, and $10 to Nate Bennington 715-897-6583.
              - due to the fact that we are having the names put on our t-shirts we need all forms turned in by Nov 28th
                   - we still encourage people to register after the 28th, but the name will not be on the t-shirt
     4.  Print a youth schedule if needed
     5.  Print a Sponsorship Form and get any sponsors that you can
              - sponsorship is one of our main contributors to the clubs funding
     6.  Print a Youth Enrollment Packet if needed
